Empower students to do their best in the classroom and to make the best decisions about their futures with individual attention and exposure to careers based on their interests, talents and skills.
There are 3 components to our program:
Individual Attention with Stay-on-Track
Career Cruising
Personality Type
We use the Murphy Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children (MMTIC) to discover personality type. MMTIC is a direct offshoot of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the most widely used assessment for career development in the world. MMTIC is geared to children in grades 6-12
WHAT WE DO
Students can sign up for ongoing support through a stay-on-track program, or choose a la carte topics under services.
PERSONALITY TYPE empowers a student with self-awareness for school success and career decisions.
CAREER CRUISING provides a fun, multimedia career exploration experience.
STAY-ON-TRACK programs provide grade-specific guidance tasks for students in academics and post-high school planning.
A La Carte STAY-ON-TRACK programs take into consideration that all students develop at their own pace. A la carte lets a student mix and match topics from any grade specific stay-on-track program.

Educational Guidance Services works individually with students and young adults empowering each student to build on their strengths and strengthen their weaknesses, so they succeed in the classroom, grow in their social experiences, make the best decisions, and find happiness in their career path.
