Empowers a student to excel in the classroom and to make the best decisions about their future.

There are 3 components to our program - Each of which can be a stand alone service:

Personality Type empowers a student with self-awareness for school success and career decisions.

Career Cruising provides a fun, multimedia career exploration experience.

Stay-on-Track provides individualized grade-specific guidance tasks for students in academics and post high school planning.

We use the Murphy Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children (MMTIC) to discover personality type. MMTIC is a direct offshoot of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the most widely used assessment for career development in the world. MMTIC is geared to children in grades 6-12
